If you deposited via e-wallet or mobile banking, your withdrawal returns to local payment or online payment. Bank virtual account withdrawals may take 1–2 additional business days due to banking-network reconciliation. Large withdrawals may require additional anti-money-laundering verification; we contact you if documents are needed. Standard compliance review completes within 2 business days, after which your withdrawal is processed.
